    what suicide? is it some translation error or someone really committed suicide? For India, 5500 euro is only for top management (I would say less than 50 employees) University graduate will get 3.5K euro per year. So average we can go with 16-18K euro per year.

    In Germany, yes they planned for 1400 people for social plan and they have achieved at least 50%. (When Stefan Anderson came to India during H1'24, he said it).

    I wonder even if the highest salary in India is 10K per month. It can be average 2500 euro (I'm considering optimistic scenario :D) . India has around 15K employees (consider 50% Eviden and 50% Tech F)

    For India, it is last working day of the month, in case it falls on weekend then on friday. Poland, 7th of every month, if 7th is bank holiday, then next working day
