Change in PLVP Method for GCM4&5

Today, in GDC India, we came to know that PLVP (bonus) payout method will be changed for GCM4&5 effective from H2'24 .

Previously, it was based on individual performance. Now it will be 75% Individual Performance + 25% Financial KPI (Mainly Cash )

Great, not they are making it official for all GCM, another push to leave the ship .

Yes, I think it is the same everywhere.
The goal is clearly to push the burden created by fuckwits in Paris to every single employee, including GCM 5 and below.

I think also, some GCM 6+ were a bit mad at seeing their colleague of GCM5- escaping the crazy bonus calculations.

Good news, titi breton had left 2 big wins : the zero-mail attitude and the bsc shrink operation…. At first when introduced, this new compensation scheme bi-yearly and based on financial figures completely out of 99% of GCM-concerned has always been a vast joke (McKinsey brilliant idea to save money : objective was going down from 100% to 70% but in fact it went quite lower (et comme dit arnaud Faivre dans son mail de départ : plus haut plus fort) !
