Use your Work Council to investigate Legal possibilities. The company has to pay for Legal advise if askes for by Working Council. In most countries this is by law.- Godfather

Yes, but the "25" discount of the variabel was taken from the on target bonus so some had a reduction of 25, some of over 50%. Legal actions will start up soon because of unlegal cuts and unexplainable differences between employees.- Godfather
